Club enrollment form

The Individual Women Investors’ Club (the “Club”) is open to female adults. Participation in the Club is voluntary and free of charge. The Club is an informal organization without legal personality, coordinated by Ewa Kumorek-Fedor, Fedor Consulting, ul. Drawska 16D/23, 02-202 Warsaw, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 869-175-04-68. In order to join the Club, it is necessary to provide your full name and email address.
